1. Use of the website is subject to the terms detailed below, including the privacy policy, and to all applicable law, and constitutes explicit consent by the user to these terms. The terms of use and all texts on the website are sometimes written in masculine form for convenience only, but they are intended for both men and women.

2. By using the website, you agree to accept the terms detailed below.

3. All intellectual property rights, including moral rights, regarding the concept underlying the services provided by the operator, the content, design, editing and trademarks, in the services (including website services and cellular services) as well as the manner of presentation and editing of information appearing on the website and cellular services, are reserved exclusively to the operator. Without derogating from the generality of the foregoing, it is clarified for the avoidance of doubt that the prices offered to employers posting job advertisements, campaigns and the like on the website do not grant them any rights to any material and/or information on the website, including but not limited to, images and/or videos and/or any other promotional material on the website.

4. Without derogating from the foregoing, the website, the online pages included therein, the classification, arrangement and presentation of information, advertisements and mailings sent by the operator, including classification, arrangement and presentation of information and advertisements appearing therein, as well as text messages sent within the framework of cellular services, the classification, arrangement and presentation of information appearing therein, findings, data and research results and any other form of illustration included in the website, mailings and text messages as aforesaid (hereinafter: "the Content") are the exclusive property of the operator. The Content may not be copied and/or published, in whole or in part, whether on a website and/or in email and/or in text messages and/or by any other means and/or in any other way, may not be distributed and/or copied and/or published, whether within the borders of Israel and/or outside thereof, the Content, displayed in video and/or text format and/or displayed in any other electronic media, without explicit prior written permission from the operator.

5. The website, its content and platforms may only be used for the purposes for which they were intended and for the user's private and personal needs. There is an absolute prohibition on using the content, functions and platforms for any other purpose, including promotion, marketing and advertising of businesses and commercial entities. This includes a sweeping and absolute prohibition on sending advertisements and/or marketing materials to employers who have posted jobs on the website, while impersonating a "job seeker". The user hereby declares and confirms that he is aware that violation of the provisions of section 5 (or any part thereof) will cause the operator and its customers significant damages, financial and non-financial, and that if the user violates the provisions of section 5 (or any part thereof), the user will pay the operator fixed and pre-agreed compensation in the amount of NIS 1,000 per violation, without any need to prove damage. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that this amount does not derogate from any right and/or remedy and/or relief to which the operator is entitled under these terms of use and/or any law.

6. The content displayed on the website is collected from many sources. The operator does everything in its power to provide professional, complete and accurate information. However, the operator has no control over the sources of information and content (including but not limited to commercial information), and therefore the operator bears no responsibility for the information and content published on the website and/or cellular services, and/or guarantees their quality, and/or their accuracy, and/or their validity, and/or their completeness, and/or their accuracy and/or their suitability for any purpose.

7. The operator is not responsible for any direct and/or indirect damage or harm of any kind that may be caused to the user as a result of use and reliance on the content and services offered on the website and/or within the framework of mailings and/or text messages to which access is enabled through the website and/or within the framework of mailings and/or text messages, as applicable. The user will have no claim regarding his reliance on information published on the website and/or within the framework of mailings and/or within the framework of cellular services, and regarding the fact that as a result he did not use other sources of information. The user will have no claim regarding information published on the website but not sent to him by email and/or mailing and/or by text message.

8. The operator does not undertake that the services on the website will not be disrupted and/or will be provided in order without interruptions and disturbances and/or that the website will be immune from illegal access to the operator's computers, damages, malfunctions, faults, failures in hardware, software or communication lines at the operator or any of its suppliers or will be damaged for any other reason. The operator will not bear any responsibility, of any kind, for any damage, direct or indirect, that may be caused to the user and/or any third party, or to their property as a result thereof.

9. The operator is not responsible for the content of advertisements or commercial offers of employers and third parties appearing on the website and in any other service provided by the operator. Any claim, lawsuit or demand by a user regarding such offers, products or services, their receipt or results, will be directed by him directly to the third party from whom he received the offer or purchased the service, and he will have no claim or demand against the operator and/or anyone on its behalf. Publication of advertisements by employers and/or third parties does not constitute a recommendation or expression of position by the operator regarding the correctness and/or worthiness of the services, and regarding their use.

10. Any transaction made following publication of an advertisement on the website and/or following the user's use of the website and/or following use of cellular services, will be concluded directly between the parties interested in the transaction, and does not include the operator or anyone on its behalf as a party to the transaction or as responsible for it, even if information between the parties is transferred through the operator itself.

11. The operator undertakes not to make any use of users' personal details except for the purposes of the website and in accordance with its privacy policy which constitutes an integral part of these terms of use and in accordance with all applicable law. However, the operator reserves its right to collect information relating to usage patterns on the website and network, and to use this information for the purpose of improving services on the website, its operation and content, all subject to the operator's privacy policy and all applicable law. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that credit card details entered into the operator's system are stored, encrypted, and secured in accordance with the most stringent international information security standards.

12. Use of the services offered on this website, some or all of them, involves payment of various types and at various rates, which will be determined at the operator's discretion, and will be published on the website from time to time.

13. Registration for the service is by entering the user's personal details on the website, including credit card details with which billing will be made for providing cellular services.

14. The operator may grant its customers benefits for a limited period during which customers will receive updates on jobs by means of text messages received on their cellular device, but without payment or at a reduced cost from the usual service cost, all in accordance with the exclusive discretion of the service operator.

15. The service is for "smart" phones that support internet browsing through the cellular device. The operator will not bear any responsibility in connection with the browsing service received by the user from the cellular operator to which he is subscribed and will not provide guidance or explanation regarding the method of using the cellular device for internet browsing including guidance in using the cellular device for internet browsing, cost of the browsing package and/or cost of the browsing service charged by the cellular operator from the user and/or the actual ability to browse from the user's cellular device and/or its quality and/or the nature of browsing services that the user is entitled to receive from the cellular operator to which he is subscribed.

16. Use of the service is personal and the user undertakes to refrain from transferring a text message received on his cellular device to other cellular devices and/or to third parties. The user declares that he knows that transferring a text message received on his personal device to other cellular devices and/or to third parties may lead to incorrect identification of him in the system and expose his personal details. For the avoidance of doubt, it is clarified that the operator will not bear any responsibility in connection with damage caused to the user and/or third party, if and as it may be caused, due to violation of these terms of use. The operator reserves the right to change or discontinue the service, or part of it, with or without notice to the user and will not be responsible to the user or to any third party for any damage and/or loss caused due to discontinuation of the service as aforesaid.

17. Mailings - The operator may send you various mailings through various means, all according to the consents you give and the settings you enter on the "My Settings" page. At any time you can change and reconfigure the mailings you wish to receive and the various means for receiving them. By entering an email address and mobile number in the profile - you agree to receive the aforementioned mailings to them as well.

18. In places where there is an option for the user to upload a profile picture, by uploading the picture the user declares that he owns all rights to the uploaded picture, that he is authorized to upload it to the website and transfer it to any third party, without conditions and/or restrictions, and that the transfer of the picture as aforesaid will be his exclusive and complete responsibility. From the time of uploading the profile picture by the user as aforesaid, the picture will be transferred to any employer to whom the user transferred a resume. The user hereby declares and confirms that uploading the profile picture by him constitutes explicit consent to transfer the profile picture to any employer to whom the user will transfer a resume.

19. The operator reserves the right to change or discontinue the services it provides, or part of them, with or without notice to the user. Similarly, the operator reserves its right to make any change to the content, information and services provided on the website and/or cellular services at its discretion, and without the need to give prior notice.

20. The operator may discontinue the use made by the user of the company's website and/or its services, if he does not comply with any of the terms of this agreement. Similarly, the user must indemnify the operator, its employees, managers, shareholders or anyone on their behalf for any damage, loss, loss of profit, payment or expense caused to them - including attorney's fees and court costs - due to violation of these terms of use.

21. The operator may conduct campaigns and grant benefits and discounts at its sole discretion. There is no combination of campaigns and discounts.

22. The operator reserves the right to change the terms of this agreement from time to time. Use of the services at any time constitutes consent to the updated and amended terms, as they will be at that time.

23. Only the laws of the State of Israel shall apply to this agreement.
